Claims (1)
- 磁石と、該磁石の磁場内に配置されたホール素
子とを備え、非磁性材料からなる被検材の表面に
生じた磁性の変質部を、ホール素子を貫通する磁
力線の変化によつて測定するようにした磁性部検
出装置において、ホール素子を磁石の一方の磁極
前方にて検査面側へ放射される磁力線の方向と交
叉する方向に配置し、前記一方の磁極の表面積を
１cm2以下としていることを特徴とする表面磁性
部検出装置。
