- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被検出物の励磁コイルによつて磁化される
領域に磁気検出素子を配置して構成される磁気探
傷装置において、 一対の磁気検出素子の各検出感度が高い方向を
、励磁コイルによつて形成される磁界の方向と、
被検出物の厚み方向とにそれぞれ垂直な方向に対
して、０度を超え、９０度未満の角度を有して設
定し、各磁気検出素子の出力を差動演算する回路
を備えることを特徴とする磁気探傷装置。 (2) 各磁気検出素子は、前記垂直方向にずれて
配置されることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載の磁気探傷装置。
