Claims (1)
- ブルドン管圧力計と、被測定部に配置される感
温部と、両者を連結するキヤピラリーチユーブと
から成る気体温度計において、気体温度計内に封
入される封入ガスとして、ヘリウム等の不活性ガ
ス、水素或いは窒素等のうちのひとつである第１
気体と、１または２以上の測定しようとする特定
の温度（特定点）で凝縮する１または２以上の気
体との混合ガスを用いたことを特徴とする極低温
用気体温度計。
