    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ブルドン管圧力計と、被測定部に配置される感
    温部と、両者を連結するキヤピラリーチユーブと
    から成る気体温度計において、気体温度計内に封
    入される封入ガスとして、ヘリウム等の不活性ガ
    ス、水素或いは窒素等のうちのひとつである第1
    気体と、1または2以上の測定しようとする特定
    の温度(特定点)で凝縮する1または2以上の気
    体との混合ガスを用いたことを特徴とする極低温
    用気体温度計。
