な角度(通常90゜前後)を持つて合流している。
従つて合流部は角(かど)になつている。この様
な改良によつて刃先部b,b間から入つて来た挽
粉はテーパ面e,eにより間隔盤c′の両端縁部に
振り分け逃がされる。上記の構成によつて挽粉が
カツターへ詰まりにくくなつた。

入り込んだ木材表面の次に挽かれる部分がテーパ
面e,eの合流部(である角)に食い込まれる事
によるものである。即ち、この状態で木材が送ら
れ、その後部が送り手段から解放されると押えが
無くなり刃先部b,bの変位に伴つて木材の前方
(間隔盤c′に食い付かれた部分)が首を振る事に
なる。この様な事態が生じて、作業能率、生産性
の低下が問題となつた。従つて本考案は挽粉の間
隔盤周面上への目詰まりを防ぎつつ、上記問題点
の解決を図るものである。

てなる挽粉用カツターにおいて、上記間隔盤の外
周面は、ほぼ中央部分の径が最大であり、外周面
の両縁部付近に向つて漸次径が小さくなる事によ
り2つの挽粉逃がし用斜面を形成し、この両斜面
の合流領域が腕曲面である事を特徴とする挽粉用
カツターを提供するものである。

る。この間隔盤3の外周の両端縁部4,4はテー
パ面になつており、このテーパ面は合流部分5が
曲面になつている。また本実施例においては両テ
ーパ面は互いに135゜前後の角をなして実施してい
るが、これに限定されるものではない。
