The use of multiple designs and letters, such as the above, takes time and effort, and is extremely inefficient due to individual differences in sewing techniques, and also poses problems in terms of aesthetics and texture. In this case, it is not necessary to sew as in the former case, but instead it is thermally adhered to one side of the marked material and hot-melted. ) 73! Since a large amount of fat dissolves and flows in, it hardens the mark fabric material, worsening its elasticity, and combined with the fact that the mark fabric material is not a flocked fabric, it seriously impairs the texture, and the texture becomes worse. For both the former and the latter, as mentioned above, putting a mark along the cut line on the front surface with the shell shown below will contaminate the fabric, so if you put the mark on the back side and cut it, you will have to put the mark in the opposite direction, which will reduce work efficiency. There were some very bad flaws.

A first adhesive layer 2 is layered using a material formed by mixing the hot-melt resin agent 7 prepared above, and a sheet-like fabric member 3 formed of woven fabric, knitted fabric, etc. is further layered on the surface of the 11 adhesive layer 2. A second adhesive is bonded to the surface of the sheet-like fabric member 3 and is made of a material having adhesive strength and stretchability similar to the adhesive resin 14 of the first adhesive layer 2. This is necessary by adhering the adhesive layer T, and forming a flocked layer 6 by densely flocking short fibers 5 made of a material such as rayon, nylon, polyester, or tetron on the surface of the second adhesive layer 4. The pattern member 16, such as a design or a letter, can be used on clothing such as T-shirts, bags, etc. l! In order to adhere and form the first member 9 on the surface to be processed 10, the flocked fabric 8 for thermal adhesion of this invention is cut with a cutter 12 so as to form the adhesive member piece 11 with the required design or character. The adhesive member piece 11 is first placed on the surface 10 to be processed, and the overall balance can be fully observed and known during attachment.

A first adhesive layer 2 is layered, and a sheet-like fabric member 3 made of woven fabric, knitted fabric, etc. is adhered to the surface of the first adhesive layer 2. The second adhesive layer 2 is made of a material having adhesive strength and elasticity similar to the adhesive resin 14 of the first adhesive layer 2.
A flocked layer 6 is formed by bonding an adhesive layer 4 and flocking short fibers 5 made of a material such as rayon, nylon, polyester, or tetron on the surface of the second adhesive layer 4 at a high density. Flocked fabric for thermal adhesion.
