Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 実質的に円筒形の濾過室と、該濾過室の下
    方に位置し且つ該濾過室と連通している円錐形状
    の絞り室と、該濾過室から絞り室を貫通して延び
    ている回転軸とから成り、前記濾過室の上端部に
    は濾過すべきスラリーの供給口が形成され且つ前
    記絞り室の下端部には濾過ケーキの排出口が形成
    されている密閉式濾過絞り機において、 前記濾過室の内面上には、その周方向について
    間隔をおいて径方向に突出している平板状或いは
    波型濾材が設けられており、 前記回転軸は、前記絞り室内空間においてスパ
    イラル状等の羽根を備えて濾過ケーキの絞りを行
    うことを特徴とする密閉式濾過絞り機。 (2) 絞り機構によつて絞られたケーキは、絞り
    度制御器による絞りケーキ排出弁の開閉により自
    動的に外部に排出される請求項(1)記載の濾過絞
    り機。 (3) 絞り室内の絞り回転軸は上部主回転軸と偏
    心に連結することができる請求項(1)記載の濾過
    絞り機。 (4) 濾材背後より清浄液にて圧力をかけ、瞬時
    少量の液を抜き減圧にする逆洗フラツシユにより
    、濾過ケーキを濾材により剥離させ、絞り室に送
    りこんで、絞りケーキにして排出する請求項(1)
    記載の濾過絞り機。
