Claims (1)
- 走行するシート状物質の厚さを接触形センサを
用いて測定するシート状物質の厚さ測定装置にお
いて、前記シート状物質に接触するセンサキヤツ
プと、センサコイルと、該センサコイルを固定す
るためのナツトと、センサキヤツプを取付けるた
めのネジと、キヤツプボデイと、前記センサキヤ
ツプより一定の高さだけ低くなるように配置され
ているケースと、前記センサキヤツプの周囲に位
置するようにして前記ケース内に形成されたチヤ
ンバーと、該チヤンバー内へ圧縮空気が吹出すよ
うに設けられた空気吹出口と、該空気吹出口に空
気を供給するための配管継手とから前記接触形セ
ンサが構成され、前記ケースの上面と被測定物質
で形成される間隙が一定の距離より大であるとき
前記接触形センサがエジエクタとして機能し前記
チヤンバーの圧力が低下して負圧となつて前記被
測定物質を吸引すると共に、前記ケースの上面と
被測定物体で形成される間隙が前記一定の距離よ
り小さくなると前記チヤンバーが圧力型エアクツ
シヨンとして機能し前記チヤンバーの圧力が上昇
して正圧となつて前記被測定物質を引き離すこと
を特徴とするシート状物質の厚さ測定装置。
