Claims (1)
- 渦電流式センサにより被測定物体とのギヤツプ
を検出して被測定物体の変位を測定する変位計に
おいて、前記渦電流式センサの対物面の直径の少
なくとも３倍の直径を有する平板に被測定物の変
位に応動する接触棒が同心に突設された可動接触
子と、この可動接触子の平板をその軸線方向に移
動可能になめらかに内嵌する案内面を有する有底
円筒状を呈し開口端に取着された蓋体の中心穴か
ら前記接触棒を外方へ突出させた状態に内嵌され
た可動接触子の平板を前記蓋体に引き寄せる方向
のばね力を可動接触子に付与するばねを有する本
体ケースと、この本体ケースの底面に対物面を前
記可動接触子の平板から所要距離離隔して同心的
に取着された渦電流式センサとを具備したことを
特徴とする変位計。
