気絶縁性の基板の熱膨張係数とほぼ同じであり、
該導電性塗料は銅族、鉄族あるいは白金族の中か
ら選ばれた単体もしくは、これらの組合せからな
る導電性発熱ペーストである面状発熱体。 2 前記面状発熱体は該面状発熱体を被覆したオ
