Claims (1)
- 複数の二重殻低温タンクの各内外槽間、大気及
びブリージングタンクの夫々の圧力及び温度を検
出する検出装置と、これら検出装置から入力され
る検出値を比較演算して制御信号を出力する圧力
制御装置と、該圧力制御装置から出力される制御
信号を受けて上記ブリージングタンクから複数の
二重殻低温タンクの各内外槽間へ圧力流体の給排
を行う圧力調整手段とからなることを特徴とする
二重殻低温タンクの内外槽間圧力制御装置。
