Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 弁本体に形成した弁室内にボール弁体を組
入れ、ボール弁体の周囲に存在するポケツト部に
シート部材を介在してなるボールバルブにおいて
、上記ポケツト部に合成樹脂材料を充填しボール
バルブの組立状態のまま焼成することにより、上
記シート部材とポケツト充填部材を一体の合成樹
脂により形成したことを特徴とするボールバルブ
。 (2) 弁本体に形成した弁室内にボール弁体を組
入れ、ボール弁体の周囲に存在するポケツト部に
シートリングを弁本体の流路から突出せしめ、そ
の先端をボール弁体に当接せしめてなるボールバ
ルブにおいて、上記ポケツト部に合成樹脂材料を
充填し、ボールバルブの組立状態のまま焼成する
ことにより、ポケツト充填部材を形成したことを
特徴とするボールバルブ。
