- 複数の分路フイルタより構成された交流フイル
タ設備において、各分路フイルタに流入する高調
波量を検出し、コンデンサまたは共振用リアクト
ルの容量調整により各分路の共振点をずらすか、
または各分路の尖鋭度Ｑを低くすることにより、
交流フイルタ設備へ流入する高調波量を制御する
機能を具備したことを特徴とする交流フイルタ設
備。
