Claims (1)
- 含浸液が注入された槽と、槽を上下動する機構
と、液面を検知するセンサと、センサ及び被含浸
ワークを保持する固定ベースとより成り、被含浸
ワークの含浸位置とセンサの検出液面距離とを固
定ベースを利用して固定化し、含浸液減少に伴な
う含浸位置の変化をセンサにより検知して上下機
構により槽の位置を駆動して液面位を補償するよ
うに構成したことを特徴とする浸漬装置。
