化空気供給機構、５は側膜、６は隙間、１０は弁
機構、１１は小窓、１２は覆膜、１４は重錘であ
る。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上方に浄化空気供給機構を備え、四周を非
通気性の側膜により囲み、下方に隙間を設け、上
方から清浄空気を吹き込み、下方隙間から放出す
るクリーンブースにおいて、側膜適所に室内圧力
調整用弁機構を備えたことを特徴とするクリーン
ブース。 (2) 室内圧力調整用弁機構は側膜に穿孔した小
窓と、この小窓を外方から覆い、かつ下方に重錘
を取り付けた非通気性の覆膜を垂下して取り付け
てなり、室内圧力が設定値以上に上昇したとき、
圧力空気は覆膜を押圧し小窓から排出することを
特徴とする請求項１記載のクリーンブース。
