ータ制御機構２２と駐車ブレーキ９の駆動を制御
する駐車ブレーキ制御機構２３をそれぞれ設け、
かつ、前記人体検出センサー２０の人体検出信号
に基づいて駐車ブレーキ９を解除すると共に走行
モータ６を駆動し、前記センサー２０の人体非検
出信号に基づいて駐車ブレーキ９を制動し、走行
モータ６を停止すべく成したことを特徴とする立
