- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 平滑な板面を有する硬磁性材料の両面に、
該硬磁性材料に近似した熱膨張係数の結晶化ガラ
ス層を積層形成したことを特徴とする磁気抵抗素
子用複合基板。 (2) 前記結晶化ガラスが、前記硬磁性材料の板
面に、接合剤を介することなく融着積層されてな
る請求項(1)記載の磁気抵抗素子用複合基板。
