Claims (1)
- 機台１の片隅に丸刃ベース２を立設し、丸刃ベ
ース２には回転駆動される丸刃３を軸支させ、機
台１上面にはレール４を固定し、２のレール４を
案内として前記丸刃３に向けて往復駆動される肉
箱５を設けた食肉スライサーであつて、当て板６
を丸刃３の刃面と立設させ機台１に設けたホルダ
７の嵌合孔Ａ８に当て板６のボス９を遊嵌させ、
このボス９にはラツク１０を設けてホルダ７に装
着させたギヤ軸１１のギヤ部１２とかみ合わせて
あり、ギヤ軸１１のホルダ７により突出させた先
端部にノブ１３を固定し、このノブ１３を回すこ
とにより当て板６が丸刃３の刃面に対し進退可能
となり、ホルダ７の嵌合孔Ａ８に割り部１４を設
け、前記ギヤ軸１１のホルダ７より突出させた部
分に装着させたロツク装置により割り部１４を締
付け、当て板６をホルダ７に固定させ、レール４
の上部には逆Ｌ字形のレールカバー１５が設けら
れている食肉スライサーにおいて、レールカバー
１５にホルダ７の上面部をおおうカバー１６を固
定したことを特徴とする食肉スライサーの肉クズ
防止カバー。
