Claims (1)
- 機台の側部より上方に伸びる丸刃ベースと、前
記丸刃ベースに装着され、駆動機構により回転さ
れる丸刃と、前記機台上にあつて前記丸刃に平行
に往復駆動可能に設けられ、前記丸刃と直角方向
にスカート付きのフロントプレートを設けた肉箱
と前記丸刃に平行に前記機台上に固着される当て
板とを含む食肉スライサにおいて、前記肉箱の往
復駆動に際し、前記フロントプレートの前記当て
板より突出する部分の前記スカートの前記当て板
に接近する個所に前記当て板とほぼ平行な面をも
つ小片よりなる安全手段を設けたことを特徴とす
る食肉スライサ。
