つてオンオフするスイツチング素子と、前記第２
のＬＥＤと同方向に接続されたダイオードと、こ
の直列接続されたダイオードと第２のＬＥＤのア
ノード側を電源の陽極に接続するとともにカソー
ド側を前記第１のＬＥＤのカソード側に接続し、
さらに前記第１のＬＥＤのカソード側に一端が接
続されるとともに他端が電源の陰極に接続された
抵抗と、から成り、前記ダイオードと第２のＬＥ
Ｄの順方向電圧の総和が、前記スイツチング素子
のオン時の電圧降下分と前記第１のＬＥＤの順方
向電圧の総和より常に大きく設定したことを特徴
