マを設けると共に、上記パイプの屈曲中心を公転
軸とする公転コマを上記固定コマに自転可能に臨
ませ、上記公転コマの外周面にはパイプの外径に
対応する保持溝を設け、パイプの屈曲中心から公
転コマの中心を通る放射線上に上記公転コマと接
触するバツクアツプロールを自転可能に設けて、
上記公転コマ及びバツクアツプロールが固定コマ
の周囲を自転しながら公転するようにしたことを
