Claims (1)
- 断面形状が半円状の雄ねじの溝を外周に設けた
ねじ軸と、このねじ軸を貫通させる貫通穴の内面
に前記雄ねじの溝に対応して断面形状が半円状の
雌ねじの溝およびこの雌ねじの溝の２点間を連結
するボールチユーブを設けた本体と、前記雄ねじ
の溝および前記雌ねじの溝の間を転動し前記ボー
ルチユーブ内を移動して循環する複数の鋼球と、
前記本体に取り付けられ前記ねじ軸との間に設け
た微かな隙間を除いて前記貫通穴の両端を密閉す
る一対のフードとを含み、前記本体に前記一対の
フードの内側と真空発生源とに接続される小穴を
設けたことを特徴とするボールネジ。
