Abstract

上面に、シリコン等の接着剤を塗布して接着剤皮膜9を
形成し、はこりや、半田付時の7ラツクス、半田の内部
流入防止を図って、完全密封形の可変抵抗器を形成して
いた。

13゜2Qは適切な長さに切断されている。又、操作ツ
マミ26の上面は、壁23を折り曲げて形成した最上面
27と同じ高さかあるいは少し低い高さで構成され、本
部品を自動実装機を用いてプリント基板上に装着線の吸
着ノズルによる吸着を容易にしている。なお操作ツマミ
26のドライバー溝28にはドライバーのすベシを防止
する壁は設けられておらず貫通状の溝となっている。ま
た、上記可変抵抗器を一実施例として説明したがトリマ
コンデンサ等の他の電子部品についても同様の効果を有
し、本発明の範中に入るものである。

容易にドライバーを操作ツマミのドライバー溝にセット
することができるものである。
