The present applicant had previously proposed a life-saving ladder that functions as both a rubber fender and a life-saving ladder in Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-181800, etc., and addressed the shortcomings of conventional iron life-saving ladders. We were able to temporarily solve problems such as damage to the ladder itself and the ship's belly due to a collision with the side, and the fact that the ladder could only be installed outside the berthing area. However, in the above prior invention, since the hanging ladder member 5 is suspended from the lower end attachment part of the fenders 2, 2 as shown in FIG. 6A, the uppermost rung 9a of the ladder member 5 and the fender There is inevitably a large step f between the bridge and the lowest horizontal beam 3a, and there is almost no gap between the horizontal beam and the quay W, so footing is extremely poor. Therefore, climbing the hanging ladder members and transferring from there to the fenders relies exclusively on strong arm strength, but this is difficult for fallen people who are already tired from escaping and are carrying heavy wet clothes wrapped around them in the sea. It is a big burden for them. Moreover, the difference in height at the top becomes more significant as the fender becomes larger. In addition, since the width of the attachment part of the fender is wider than the width necessary and sufficient for normal climbing, the length of the rung of the ladder member becomes longer than necessary for climbing, which makes the entire ladder member large and heavy. Become something. In addition to the above, conventional ladder members have a structure that is attached directly to the fender, so they can be removed in advance when the ship is berthed to prevent damage, and can be quickly replaced due to damage. It was also difficult to provide functions such as easy installation.

(Summary) In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the fender device equipped with the self-help lifesaving means according to the present invention has a plurality of crossbars for hand and foot hooks that are installed vertically and at appropriate intervals. A rubber fender that can also be used as a ladder includes a pair of left and right flexible hanging members with soft surfaces, and a plurality of rigid hanging members with soft surfaces suspended horizontally at appropriate intervals between the two hanging members. The present invention is characterized in that a life ladder consisting of a crosspiece is attached to the crosspiece near the lower end of the fender and extends to the water surface. The main members constituting the invention will be explained below. (Fender) The rubber fender that is the subject of this invention is (a) a pair of slanted "I"-shaped unit fenders, commonly known as lambda (Λ) type, that are combined to form opposing fenders. (See Figures 1 and 2) or (B) A fender with a trapezoidal cross section (Figure 5). In the case of (a), the crossbars are buried by penetrating the interior of the impact receiving part of the opposing fenders at an appropriate interval. Also
In the case of (b), the crosspieces are also buried inside the impact receiving part at appropriate intervals. (Ladder Member) The ladder member is composed of a pair of left and right hanging members, and a rigid crossbar that connects the two members at an appropriate interval. Suspension members may be made of any flexible tensile material, such as rope, wire, chain, or tie rods, but must have a soft surface to prevent rust and damage to the ship's hull. Must be. Therefore, if it is made of a fibrous material such as nylon rope, it is acceptable, but if it is made of a hard material such as wire or a connecting iron rod, it must be covered with a soft material such as rubber. There is. It should be noted that the hanging member should have a length that at least reaches the maximum low water line. The crossbars are formed from rigid materials such as iron rods or pipes, which also need to be covered with a soft material for the same reasons as above. For example, as shown in Figures 1 and 3, the ladder members described above are suspended from the crosspiece of the fender through U-shaped nuts and eye bolts from the latch fittings attached to the crosspiece, but when the ship berths, The latching fittings themselves are configured so that they can be latched to the crossbars of the fender in order to prevent damage by removing them in advance, to quickly replace damaged items, and to easily attach them to existing fenders. It is preferable to do so (4th
(see figure). In this case, the latch is for safety reasons.
It is preferable to attach it to two or more crosspieces (see Figure 3).

Referring to FIG. 6B, in the fender 1 of the present invention, since the ladder member 5 is suspended from the lowermost crosspiece 3a of the fender 2, there is a step difference between the ladder member 5 and the uppermost crosspiece 9a of the former. The ladder member 5
There is a sufficient gap between the crossbar and the quay W, so
Climbing a fallen person is very easy. This is clear at first glance by comparison with FIG. 6A, which has already been explained. In addition, since the ladder member is easily removable, it can be removed before the ship is berthed to prevent damage, replaced quickly after damage, and easily attached to existing fenders. Until it's done,
A simple and reliable means for saving lives at ports is provided.

Hereinafter, specific embodiments for carrying out the invention will be illustrated by way of examples, but the examples are, of course, for illustrative purposes and do not imply any limitation on the idea of the invention. Embodiment 1 FIG. 1 is a cutaway front view of an embodiment of the fender of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line A-A in FIG. 1. The fender 1 of this example has a pair of Λ (lambda) type rubber fenders 2, 2 which are arranged symmetrically opposite each other, and a longitudinal direction between the impact receiving parts 2a, 2a of each fender 2. A plurality of horizontal beams 3, 3 are hung horizontally at appropriate intervals.
..., and a U-shaped nut 11 from the latch fittings 4, 4 attached to the lowest crossbar 3a of the fender.
11 and a life-saving ladder member 5 suspended via eye bolts 16, 16, each fender 2 is anchored to the quay surface by anchor bolts 13 and nuts. Each of the crossbars 3 is constructed by covering the periphery of a rigid core 8' with a rubber elastic material 8. , is fixed to the fender 2 with nuts 7. The ladder member 5 is made up of a pair of polyamide ropes (hanging members) 10, 10, and a plurality of rungs 9, 9... horizontally suspended between the respective ropes at appropriate intervals. 9 is constructed by covering the periphery of a rigid core 8' with a rubber elastic material 8. A ring 10a is formed at the tip of the rope 10, and the shaft portion of the eyebolt 16 passes through this ring. In the fender with self-help life saving means of this example, the life ladder member 5 is configured to be detachable using the U-shaped nut 11 and the eye bolt 16, so it is not only extremely easy to attach and detach during installation and replacement, but also To prevent a difference in level between a crosspiece of a life-saving ladder member and a crosspiece of a fender member, and to reduce the width of the ladder member to an appropriate size even when the fender member is large. Embodiment 2 FIG. 3 is a partial front view showing a modification of the device of Embodiment 1. In this example, the latching metal fittings 4, 4 are attached to the lowermost crosspiece 3a of the fender and the upper crosspiece 3b, so that safety is higher in terms of strength. Embodiment 3 FIG. 4 is a partial side view showing a modification of the hanging metal fitting 4. Since the latch fitting of this example has a J-shaped slot, the ladder member 5 can be suspended by simply hooking it onto the crosspiece 3 of the fender.
The feature is that it is easier to attach and detach. Embodiment 4 FIG. 5 is a cutaway front view showing still another example of the invention. The main body of this example, a fender 2' with hand and foot hook members (Applicant's Patent No. 1065186, Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-9604), has a V-shaped cross section, and the inside of the impact-receiving top part 2b has an elastic rubber surface. A plurality of rigid horizontal beams 3, 3, etc. covered with 30 mm are buried vertically at appropriate intervals. The ladder member 5' includes a pair of ropes (hanging members) 10', 10' made of a steel cord 15 covered with a rubber elastic material 8, and a rigid crosspiece 9, horizontally suspended between the two ropes. 9... Consisting of Example 1
Similarly, latch metal fittings 4, 4, U-shaped nut 1
1, 11 and eye bolts 16, 16 to the lowermost crossbars 3a, 3a.
