Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 脱臭剤１１を収容した脱臭器９内に脱臭対象
    気体を通過させるべく構成されてなる脱臭装置に
    於いて、前記脱臭器９の前段位置には、冷媒が供
    給される冷却槽７内に脱臭対象気体の導入用の配
    管８を通過させて該配管８内を通過する脱臭対象
    気体の冷却を可能とする冷却装置５が設けられて
    なることを特徴とする脱臭装置。 ２ 脱臭剤１１を収容した脱臭器９の後段には、
    該脱臭器９にて脱臭処理された気体にオゾンを混
    入させるためのオゾン発生装置１３が設けられて
    なることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載の脱臭装置。 ３ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項に
    記載の脱臭装置が、オートクレーブ１と一体又は
    別体で設けられて、該オートクレーブ１から放出
    される気体の脱臭処理が前記脱臭装置にて可能と
    なるべく構成されてなることを特徴とする脱臭機
    能付き加熱処理装置。
