温度検出手段と、軸作動時における上記軸受の予
め設定された基準温度を記憶した軸受基準温度記
憶手段と、上記温度検出手段により検出された軸
受温度と上記軸受基準温度記憶手段に記憶された
基準温度とを比較してその温度差を求める温度比
較手段と、上記軸受および間座の温度変化に対応
した軸心方向の寸法変位量のデータを記憶した温
度一寸法変位量換算データ記憶手段と、該温度一
寸法変位量換算データ記憶手段の記憶データに基
づき上記温度比較手段で求められた温度差に対す
る軸受および間座の軸心方向の寸法変位量を演算
する寸法変位量演算手段と、該寸法変位量演算手
段で演算された寸法変位量に基づき上記圧電素子
を上記軸受および間座の変位方向と逆方向に同じ
寸法変位量だけ変位させるよう電圧を演算する電
圧演算手段とを備えたことを特徴とする軸受の予
