ツプ部材と、この曲げ用バツクアツプ部材との間
で前記杆材を挟持し得る位置に配設された転動子
と、この転動子を軸支しつつ前記案内面の曲率中
心回りに回動可能な回動アームと、この回動アー
ムを回動付勢する曲げ用アクチユエータとを具備
