Claims (1)
積層物の群のうちの一つからなる基材に200メ
ツシユ好ましくは400メツシユ通過の粒度を有
する天然繊維粉砕物を容量比で5乃至15%の量
が混入してあるポリ塩化ビニルコンパウンドを発
泡させた発泡層が形成してあり、この発泡層の表
面には60メツシユ好ましくは100メツシユ通
過の粒度を有する天然繊維粉砕物を容量比で5乃
至30%の量が混入してある主としてポリ塩化ビ
ニルからなる非発泡層が形成してあり、更にこの
非発泡層の表面には長さ100μ超に破断した天
然繊維を容量比で5乃至50%の量が混入してあ
るポリ塩化ビニル、ポリウレタン、アクリル、若
しくはこれらの混合物よりなるコンパウンドを溶
解した溶液を塗布して、表面層が形成してあるこ
とを特徴とする吸排湿レザー。 (2) 前記発泡層を形成するコンパウンドは吸湿
性の大きいウレタン―塩化ビニル共重合樹脂(ア
ロンNPレジン)を容量比で5乃至25%混入し
たものであり、また前記非発泡層を形成するコン
パウンドはウレタン―塩化ビニル共重樹脂を容量
比で5乃至50%混入したものであることを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の吸排
湿レザー。 (3) 前記表面層表面は天然皮革を溶剤に浸漬し
て得た濾別液を塗布した光沢の面としてあること
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項又は
