Claims (4)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)靴下状の裏布の表布に熱可塑性樹脂を射出成形し
てなる安全靴において、その先部に内装されている略爪
革状の爪先防災片の全体が熱可塑性樹脂内に埋入されて
いることを特徴とする射出成形安全靴。

れた両突起が嵌着され、爪先防災片の上側内面及び下端
部にラストモールドの爪先部の上面及び下面に突設され
た夫々少なくとも一個の突起が当接された状態で該空間
部に内装され、該空間部に熱可塑性樹脂を射出すること
によって該爪先防災片と裏布との間に射出成形された熱
可塑性樹脂が緩衝材となるよう構成されてなることを特
徴とする射出成形安全靴の製造方法。

た孔にラストモールドの爪先部の両側面並びに爪先側面
に出入可能で出勝手に装着された突起が夫々に嵌着され
た後、該空間部に熱可塑性樹脂を射出することによって
該爪先防災片の全体が熱可塑性樹脂内に埋入されるよう
構成されてなることを特徴とする射出成形安全靴の製造
方法。
