。 図中、１はホース継手（成形品）、２は凹条部
（アンダーカツト部）、１１は型本体、１２は固
定型、１３は可動型、１６はテーパ穴、１７はコ
ア、１７ａ，１７ｂは分割コア、２１は圧縮コイ
ルばね（弾性部材）である。

Claims (1)
- 外周部に型抜き方向が型本体の開閉方向と交差
する方向のアンダーカツト部を有した成形品を成
形する成形型にあつて、前記アンダーカツト部を
成形する筒状のコアの外周面をテーパ状に形成し
、且つこのコアを周方向に複数分割してこれら分
割コアを互いに径方向外側に付勢する弾性部材を
設ける一方、前記型本体にテーパ穴を形成してこ
のテーパ穴内に前記コアを型本体の開閉に伴つて
出没方向に移動するように配設し、成形後の型開
き時にコアがテーパ穴から突出する方向に移動し
つつ前記弾性部材により拡開されることにより、
コアが成形品から離型されるように構成してなる
成形型のアンダーカツト処理装置。
