Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 液体ヘリウムを貯蔵した容器１から液体ヘリウ
ムを他の設備８の受入容器９へ移送する装置にお
いて、 液体ヘリウム貯蔵容器１内のガス層部分１４に
電気ヒータ１１を配置し、この電気ヒータ１１へ
の給電回路１２に圧力スイツチ１３を介装し、こ
の圧力スイツチ１３の受圧部分を液体ヘリウム貯
蔵容器１内のガス層部分１４に連通接続して液体
ヘリウム貯蔵容器１内のガス圧に基づき電気ヒー
タ１１への給電を制御可能に構成し、一定圧に保
持した液体ヘリウム貯蔵容器１内のガス圧力で液
体ヘリウムを他の設備８の受入容器９に移送する
ようにしたことを特徴とする液体ヘリウムの移送
装置。
