Claims (1)
- 端部をシール部材を介して着脱自在に取付けし
た閉塞部材で閉塞して内部へ摺動自在に嵌挿した
ピストンを作動するよう内部へ流体を導入排出す
るシリンダ本体を設け、ピストンの少なくとも一
端に突設して閉塞部材に有した貫通孔を貫通して
外部へ突出するピストンロツドを設け、ピストン
ロツドを支持するようピストンロツドが挿通する
本体内にピストンロツド外周面と接触する球状部
材をピストンロツドの周方向の多数の位置で軸方
向に沿つて多数個回転可能に配列する軸受けをシ
リンダ本体の流体内に位置するよう閉塞部材の軸
方向内部側に位置してシリンダ本体へ設け、ピス
トンロツドが貫通する閉塞部材の貫通孔内周には
シリンダ本体内の流体の外部への漏出を阻止する
ようピストンロツド外周面と密封摺接する流体シ
ール部材と流体シール部材より軸方向外部側に位
置して外部の塵埃がシリンダ本体内へ侵入するの
を阻止するようピストンロツド外周面と密封摺接
する塵埃シール部材とを保持して成る流体シリン
ダ。
