Claims (1)
- シリンダ本体のシリンダ孔にピストンを摺動自
在に挿入して液圧室を形成した油圧部と、前記シ
リンダ本体と結合されるケーシングの内部にダイ
ヤフラムにより空圧室を前記油圧部側とは反対側
に区画し、このダイヤフラムの前記油圧部側に前
記ピストンと当接する出力軸をもつプレート状可
動体を戻しばねにより前記空圧室側に付勢して配
設した空圧部とを有し、前記出力軸は、前記ピス
トンと前記可動体とを一体的に連結するとともに
、長さ調整機構を有している空油圧変換装置にお
いて、前記ケーシングの前記油圧部側に前記戻し
ばねが挿通可能な開口を設けるとともに、前記戻
しばねの一端を前記油圧部の前記シリンダ本体で
直接支持するようにした空油圧変換装置。
