  1. コード板に形成されたスリツト列を通過した光
    を複数個の受光素子を配列して構成した受光アレ
    イで受光するようにした光学式エンコーダにおい
    て、前記受光アレイの周辺部の受光素子の受光部
    面積を中央部の受光素子の受光部面積に比べて相
    対的に大きく構成したことを特徴とする光学式エ
    ンコーダ。
