Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 上盤と固定盤の間に緊張して固定させた１本
    の中心タイバと複数のタイバに沿つて往復動可能
    な可動盤に可動側金型を配設し、該可動盤と対向
    し且つ前記中心タイバを中心として回転可能な回
    転盤に１乃至複数の回転側金型を配設し、前記可
    動側金型と金型回転工程に従つて選択される１つ
    の回転側金型とを型閉、圧締、型開し得るように
    したロータリ式射出成形機において、前記中心タ
    イバに同芯に固定した固定マニホールドを設け、
    該固定マニホールドの外周に内周を接して回動す
    る回動マニホールドを回転盤の金型取付面に固定
    して設け、該固定マニホールドには温調媒体の入
    口と出口を設け、該回動マニホールドには温調媒
    体の分配口と戻口をそれぞれ複数ケ所設け、回転
    盤のいかなる位置においても前記固定マニホール
    ドの入口と回動マニホールドの分配口を入口側環
    状溝を介して連通せしめる入口側流路及び回動マ
    ニホールドの戻口と固定マニホールドの出口を出
    口側環状溝を介して連通せしめる出口側流路とを
    それぞれ設け、固定マニホールド又は回動マニホ
    ールドのどちらか一方の摺動面に当接して温調媒
    体の内部漏洩を防止するためのシール部材を回動
    マニホールド又は固定マニホールドのどちらか一
    方に着脱可能に設け、且つ固定マニホールド回り
    に回動マニホールドの保芯されたスムーズな回動
    を許すためのベアリングを該固定マニホールドと
    該回動マニホールドの間に配設したマニホールド
    装置を備えたことを特徴とするロータリ式射出成
    形機。 ２ 内部ドレン集合溝を回動マニホールドの内周
    又は固定マニホールドの外周に複数本設け、該複
    数本の内部ドレン集合溝に連通する排出路と該排
    出路に連通する真空ポンプ吸引接続口とを設けた
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のロータリ式
    射出成形機。
