Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 車体外板に略上方に向つて開口する開口を
形成して該開口に開閉可能に開閉体を支持すると
ともに、該開閉体と前記開口縁部との間に前記開
閉体による開口の閉止時に該開口を封止するシー
ル部材を前記開口の全周囲にわたつて介設し、前
記開閉体の上面にスポイラを取り付けた車両のス
ポイラ取付構造において、 前記開閉体の外縁部に前記シール部材より前記
開口の外側かつ上方に向かつて延出する曲折部を
形成し、該曲折部に前記スポイラを取り付けるこ
とを特徴とする車両のスポイラ取付構造。 (2) 前記開閉体の上面、前記曲折部の上面およ
び前記スポイラの下面が連続する曲面を成すこと
を特徴とする請求項(1)に記載の車両のスポイラ
取付構造。 (3) 前記車体外板は凹部が形成されて該凹部に
前記開口が開口し、前記車体外板の凹部の外側部
上面が前記スポイラの上面と連続する面を成すこ
とを特徴とする請求項(1)に記載の車両のスポイ
ラ取付構造。
