    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電子銃部のカソード電極が発生する電子がグリ
    ツド電極に制御され集束磁界に集束されて電子ビ
    ームを形成し、該電子ビームが遅波回路で入力マ
    イクロ波と相互に作用して該マイクロ波を増幅す
    る進行波管において、電子銃部のグリツト電極と
    カソード電極間のバイアス抵抗を接続し、遅波回
    路部のヘリツクス電極と上記グリツド電極間にヘ
    リツクス電圧を印加して動作させることを特徴と
    する進行波管。
