Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 化粧外面に形成された表面板の内面外周所定
巾を除く全面に、ペーパーコアの一面全面を接着
、一体化し、表面板の内面には周縁材以外の桟木
、補強片、埋め木等補強材が一切当接しない構造
と成し、ペーパーコアの他面だけを、その面に接
着、一体化することとなる裏面板の内面に取着し
た桟木、補強片、埋め木等補強材の形状に応じた
切込め部を形成し得るようにして成るペーパーコ
ア積層基礎材。 ２ 化粧外面に形成された表面板の内面外周所定
巾を除く全面に、ペーパーコアの一面全面を接着
、一体化し、表面板の内面には周縁材以外の桟木
、補強片、埋め木等補強材が一切当接しない構造
と成し、ペーパーコアの他面だけを、その面に接
着、一体化することとなる裏面板の内面に取着し
た桟木、補強片、埋め木等補強材の形状に応じた
切込み部を形成して成るペーパーコア積層基礎材
。 ３ 化粧外面に形成された表面板の内面外周に周
縁材を取着、一体化すると共に、該周縁材部分を
除く全面に、周縁材の厚さと同じ厚さに形成され
たペーパーコアの一面全面を接着、一体化し、表
面板の内面には周縁材以外の桟木、補強片、埋め
木等補強材が一切当接しない構造と成し、ペーパ
ーコアの他面だけを、その面に接着、一体化する
裏面板の内面に取着した桟木、補強片、埋め木等
補強材の形状に応じた切込み部を形成し、それら
切込み部を含むペーパーコアの他面および周縁材
と、桟木、補強片、埋め木等補強材が取着された
裏面板内面とを接着、一体化して成る実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１または２項記載のペーパーコア
積層基礎材を使用したペーパーコア積層板。
