Claims (1)
- パワーアンプ用ＩＣの電源端子とこのパワーア
ンプ用ＩＣの駆動電源との間にスイツチング用ト
ランジスタが介挿接続され、このスイツチング用
トランジスタを電源コントロール信号によりオン
・オフしてパワーアンプ用ＩＣへの電源供給を制
御するパワーアンプ用ＩＣの電源供給回路におい
て、前記スイツチング用トランジスタのベースと
前記電源コントロール信号の信号源との間にダイ
オードを介挿接続するとともに、このダイオード
のカソードにコンデンサの一端を接続してなるこ
とを特徴とするパワーアンプ用ＩＣの電源供給回
路。
