擦板を嵌合させる円筒部分と一体でかつ前記小径
円筒部より大径の大径円筒部とその大径円筒部に

部との間に前記給排孔のうち一方の給排孔に連通
する隙間を設けた状態で前記ボス部の端部外周面
に取付けられた第2の側壁部とを有する第2円筒
