Claims

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] (1) A housing provided with a nipple mounting hole for supplying and discharging hydraulic oil, a release cylinder formed in the housing, a hydraulic piston inserted into the release cylinder, and a hydraulic piston mounted on a hub.
