示す斜視図、第５図は片面段ボールの正常貼合個
所を示す図、第６図は片面段ボールの不良貼合個
所を示す図である。 １……片面段ボール、２……中芯紙、３……ラ
イナ紙、４……ローラ、５……山部、６……谷部

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 等間隔の同形連続波形状に成形された中芯
紙と、ライナ紙とを貼合せしめて片面段ボールを
製造せしめる装置において、中芯紙とライナ紙を
貼合せしめた後、枢支せしめたローラにより片面
段ボールを張設せしめると共に、ローラ軸線上の
中芯紙の山部或いは谷部との距離を測定せしめる
センサーを片面段ボールの幅方向にして且つロー
ラ軸線と同一線上に複数個並設せしめ、センサー
からの出力信号により貼合不良個所を検出する手
段を設けせしめる様にしたことを特徴とする片面
段ボールの貼合不良検出装置。 (2) 各センサーからの出力信号を減算処理せし
め、減算値と予め設定せしめた基準値とを比較演
算成さしめる手段を設けたことを特徴とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の片面段ボールの
貼合不良検出装置。 (3) 各センサーからの出力信号と予め設定せし
めた設定値とを比較演算成さしめる手段を設けた
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
