Claims (1)
- 複数本のリードを備え該リードが基板のリード
挿入孔に挿入されてパターンに半田付けされ装着
されるＳＩＰ型半導体装置において、上記複数本
のうちの少なくとも２本のリードにリード挿入孔
の内壁に少なくとも中心に対称な２個所で接触す
る折り曲げ部を備えたことを特徴とするＳＩＰ型
半導体装置。
