ーザダイオード出射前方にレンズを介して光フア
イバに集光させてなるレーザダイオード結合装置
において、前記レンズは円筒形金属キヤツプの中
央部小孔に配置した球状体であり、該レンズには
レーザダイオードから発振した光を集光できるよ
うにステム上に配置固定し、一方光フアイバは端
面を凸面加工及び研磨処理し、光コネクタの所定
位置に固定後レセプクタルにネジ固定し、上記フ
アイバ端部と前記球状化レンズからのレーザ光の
光軸とが一致するように前記ステムとレセプタク
ルとを固定することを特徴とするレーザダイオー
