[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a device for raising and lowering the underframe of a stretcher installed in a lifting bathtub for the physically handicapped. The device relates to a lifting device that moves the bathtub upward by moving onto the underframe and then lowers the underframe together with the stretcher through the hot water to the bottom wall of the bathtub.

Conventionally, in order to bathe people with lower limb disabilities who have difficulty standing up, bedridden elderly, etc. in facilities, hospitals, etc., a support is provided that penetrates the bottom wall of the elevating bathtub. At the same time, a stretcher with a patient lying on its back is placed on a transport vehicle, and the transport vehicle is pushed to the outside of the bathtub. Then, the bathtub is lowered below the platform of the transport vehicle, the stretcher on the transport vehicle is transferred to the platform frame inside the bathtub, and the bathtub is raised, allowing the patient on the stretcher to take a bath in the hot water of the bathtub. It was hot.
However, when the bathtub is raised to bathe a patient, the side wall of the bathtub rises higher than the level of the nurse's eyes, making it impossible to assist the patient. Since he had no ability to wash his body, he tended to avoid bathing out of a sense of inconvenience and isolation.

On the other hand, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 55-86458 discloses a system in which a pedestal supporting a stretcher rises as a bathtub descends, and a pedestal that supports a stretcher descends as the bathtub rises. A patient bathtub device is disclosed in which the bathtub position is lowered to facilitate assistance operations.

However, in this conventional bathtub device, one end in the longitudinal direction of the pedestal is guided and supported in a cantilever manner with respect to the support casing, and is connected to the lifting device via a chain. The support casing that is guided and supported by the support casing must be a high-strength structure that can withstand the moment load, and the pedestal itself that is guided and supported by the support casing in a cantilever manner must also be high enough to withstand the bending moment load. Must have a strong frame structure. Therefore, there is a drawback that the entire bathtub device becomes larger and heavier.

In addition, in the conventional bathtub device described above, since it is necessary to immerse the pedestal supported on the outside of one longitudinal end of the bathtub into the bathtub, the pedestal must be bent into a substantially L-shape. As the height of the bathtub device becomes larger, the height of the support casing that guides and supports the pedestal so that it can be raised and lowered also becomes larger, resulting in an increase in the height of the entire bathtub device.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned defects, and its gist is to erect a column that penetrates the bottom wall of the elevating bathtub, to provide a central axis of a pantograph link mechanism at the upper end of the support, and to attach a platform to the link mechanism. A frame is provided, and when the bathtub rises, the bottom wall expands the links horizontally and lowers the frame, and when the bathtub descends, the bottom wall folds the links vertically and raises the frame. , both can move in opposite directions.

According to the present invention having the above configuration, the stretcher lowers as the bathtub rises, so the patient's bathing position can be lowered to facilitate assistance operations. Moreover, the stretcher penetrates the bottom wall of the bathtub. Since it is supported in a well-balanced manner by a pair of cross links on each side supported by support columns, it is possible to prevent excessive bending moment loads from being applied to the cross links and columns. Therefore, the stretcher support mechanism can be made smaller and lighter than the conventional stretcher cantilever guide support structure.

In addition, the cross links and struts for supporting the stretcher and moving the stretcher up and down in the opposite direction in conjunction with the up and down movement of the bathtub are arranged on the underside of the stretcher.
A stretcher support mechanism higher than the bathtub is not required, and the entire bathtub device can be made smaller in the height direction. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

When bathing a patient in hot water, the bathtub 1 is lowered in advance by the drive mechanism 5 to the lower end position shown by the solid line in FIG. At this time, each of the cross-shaped links 41, 43 and 42 whose center is pivotally connected to both support shafts 40 at the upper end of the column,
The lower end of 44 has four guide grooves 5 integral with the bottom wall 27.
1, 57, 52, and 56, and stand up in a state where they intersect at an angle of 45 degrees, as shown in FIG. When each link stands up, the underframe 36
rises above the upper edge of the bathtub side wall. At this time, the auxiliary stand 75 of the transport vehicle 70 is connected to one side edge of the underframe 36 as shown in FIG. Then, the stretcher 35 on which the patient is lying supine is slid onto the frame 36 by a light push by the nurse.

As a result, the bathtub 1 rises to the position indicated by the chain line in FIG.
At this time, the links that had been standing in a cross-shaped manner at an inclination angle of 45 degrees are folded horizontally due to the loads of the patient, stretcher, and underframe 36, and the underframe descends toward the bathtub bottom wall 27 as shown by the chain line. .

The present invention, which has the above-mentioned effects, lowers the frame on which the stretcher is placed in proportion to the height at which the bathtub rises.
The patient lying supine on the frame via a stretcher can take a bath in hot water. When the bathtub is lowered, the underframe can rise in proportion to this to a height above the upper edge of the side wall of the bathtub and to the same height as the carrier of the carrier. Therefore, by connecting the auxiliary platform of the transport vehicle, the stretcher on which the patient is placed can be reciprocated in and out of the bathtub to enter and exit the bathtub with a slight manual push from the nurse.

Furthermore, since the patient can enter and exit the bath within a range that is approximately half the range in which the bathtub is raised and lowered than the interval in which a conventional bathtub is raised and lowered, the cost for driving the bathtub can be reduced.

In addition, the height of the upper edge of the side wall of the raised bathtub is lower than that of conventional bathtubs, making it easier for nurses to assist patients while bathing in hot water without having to adopt an unreasonable posture. Not only can this be done, but the patient's head can be monitored without having to be particularly careful to prevent the patient's head from submerging in hot water. Moreover, according to the configuration of the present invention, the stretcher can be supported in a well-balanced manner on both sides by a pair of cross links on each side that are supported by pillars that penetrate the bottom wall of the bathtub. Application of an excessive bending moment load can be prevented, and the stretcher support mechanism can be made smaller and lighter. In addition, the cross links and struts that support the stretcher and move the stretcher up and down in the opposite direction in conjunction with the up and down movement of the bathtub are located below the stretcher, so there is no need for a stretcher support mechanism that is higher than the bathtub. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the size of the entire bathtub device in the height direction.

Therefore, it is possible to provide an elevating device for a stretcher frame attached to an elevating bathtub, which is small and lightweight, and allows easy operation of assisting a bathing patient.
