Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 流体が通過する管路の壁面に該流体を介し
    て相対向して設けられ、第１の振動板を振動させ
    ることにより該流体中に超音波を送信する超音波
    送信器と、該流体中を伝播した該超音波に第２の
    振動板が振動させられることにより該超音波を受
    信する超音波受信器とからなる超音波送受信装置
    において、該第１及び第２の振動板の少なくとも
    一方の表面形状を曲面又は曲面を含む形状とした
    超音波送受信装置。 (2) 第１及び第２の振動板のうち少なくとも一
    方の表面形状は球面の一部である実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の超音波送受信装置。 (3) 第１及び第２の振動板のうち少なくとも一
    方の表面形状は円すい形である実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の超音波送受信装置。 (4) 第１及び第２の振動板のうち少なくとも一
    方の表面形状は円すい台形である実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の超音波送受信装置。
