Claims (1)
- 円孔を有するハウジングと、この円孔に挿通さ
れハウジングに対する相対的回転を自在とした軸
と、円孔の内周面と軸の外周面との一方の周面に
その全周に亘つて形成した凹溝と、この凹溝に嵌
装されその周縁部を他方の周面に当接させるシー
ルリングとから成る回転部分の気密保持装置に、
上記凹溝の、シールリングよりも低圧側部分に嵌
装する事で組み込む、回転部分の気密保持用バツ
クアツプリングであつて、全体をポリイミド樹脂
を円輪状に形成する事で造つた事を特徴とする、
回転部分のシール用バツクアツプリング。
