報記録媒体のトラツキングサーボおよびフオーカ
スサーボを行う光情報記録再生装置において、複
数個の出射点を有する前記半導体レーザの少なく
とも一つの出射点と前記カツプリングレンズとの
間に1/2波長板を設け、前記1/4波長板と前
記対物レンズとの間に第二偏光ビームスプリツタ
を設け、この第二偏光ビームスプリツタと前記第
一偏光ビームスプリツタとに近接するとともに前
記サーボ光学系と反対側に位置して偏光プリズム
