１…半導体レーザ（レーザ光源）、４…ビーム
スプリツタ（光路分割素子）、１１…全反射プリ
ズム（光路屈曲部材）、１１ａ…入射面（全反射
プリズムの入射面）、１３…モニタ用フオトダイ
オード（モニタ光検出器）、２０…レーザビーム
（レーザ光源からのレーザ光）、２２…反射レー
ザビーム（光路分割素子により屈折されて当該光
路分割素子から外部に出射するレーザ光）。
