はないが、エアフィルタ10製造時に炉材1に付着した
数μm〜数十数十μ塵埃3は前記の振動により炉材から
飛散することがある。しかし、前記炉材1の空気の流れ
る空気の流入側5.流出側6両方に目の粗いろ材2が取
付けられているので、エアフィルタ16製造時、捕集効
率の高い炉材IK付着した数μm〜m〜μmの塵埃はエ
アフィルタ外部に飛散することはない。また、目の粗い
