Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 高含じん排ガスの煙道に設けられた排ガス
    の廃熱回収用浮動プレート型熱交換器と、清水加
    熱用液―液熱交換器と、上記浮動プレート型熱交
    換器で廃熱を回収し且つ回収した廃熱を上記清水
    加熱用液―液熱交換器へ運ぶ循環媒体を上記浮動
    プレート型熱交換器と上記液―液熱交換器との間
    で循環させる循環媒体の循環管路と、上記清水加
    熱用液―液熱交換器に冷水を導入し、上記循環媒
    体との熱交換によつて得られた熱水を取り出す給
    水管とを含むことを特徴とする高含じん排ガス廃
    熱回収装置。 (2) 上記浮動プレート型熱交換器の伝熱板が、
    ほうろう引き鋼板であることを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の高含じん排ガス
    廃熱回収装置。 (3) 上記の循環媒体および／または冷水の流量
    を調節するための流量調節手段がさらに設けられ
    ていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項または第２項に記載の高含じん排ガス廃熱
    回収装置。 (4) 上記流量調節手段が上記浮動プレート型熱
    交換器に入る上記循環媒体の入口温度を水露点以
    上に制御することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項から第３項のいずれか一項に記載の
    高含じん排ガス廃熱回収装置。 (5) 上記高含じん排ガスがソーダ回収ボイラか
    ら排出される高含じん排ガスであることを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第４項の
    いずれか一項に記載の高含じん排ガス廃熱回収装
    置。
